Land id

Land id is a mapping and land intelligence platform that helps people understand property with clarity and confidence. It brings parcel data, map layers, and key details into one place so users can see what most people miss.

My role was to evolve the existing identity into a cohesive, scalable brand system that better reflects how Land id works. I started by studying the structure of traditional maps, including grids, parcels, frames, and the visual language that helps people navigate space. From there, I deconstructed those elements into modular components that could shift, stack, and recombine.

The result is a flexible brand system built on a grid, where parcel shapes and linework generate new layouts each time. That same structure frames typography, photography, and product details with clarity and intention.

I expanded the color palette, refined the typographic hierarchy, and established standards that translate seamlessly across web, product, print, and marketing. Everything is anchored in a single idea, Find the Unexpected, which reflects Land id’s ability to reveal what others overlook.
