Land id

Land id is a mapping and land intelligence platform that helps people understand property with clarity and confidence. It brings parcel data, map layers, and key details into one place so users can see what most people miss.

My role was to take the existing brand and evolve it into a clearer, more flexible system that better reflects how Land id works. I started by studying the structure of traditional maps, including grids, parcels, frames, and the visual language that helps people navigate space. From there, I broke those elements into pieces that could shift, stack, and recombine. The result was a modular system built on a grid, where parcel shapes and linework create new layouts every time. That same structure also frames typography, photography, and product details in a way that feels precise and intentional.

I expanded the color palette, refined the typographic hierarchy, and built a set of standards that work across web, product, print, and marketing. Everything runs through a single idea, Find the Unexpected, which speaks to Land id’s ability to reveal what others overlook.
